- Executive Director, Leonora Fitzgibbons: Leonora has a combined private, social and public sector experience-base, working as a management consultant for Monitor Company, as an analyst for the Social Exclusion Unit (within the civil service) and before VPF for the Skoll Foundation, a leading US-based foundation in the social entrepreneurship field. She has a Masters in international economics from Johns Hopkins University and a PhD from Balliol College, University of Oxford
- Director of Development, Ciara Katzin: Ciara has also combined private and social sector experience, starting her career working as a PR and marketing executive for Swiftcall, Cable and Wireless and Hilton International. She has significant social sector fundraising experience, having held positions as PR, Marketing and Sponsorship Manager for Race for Life at Cancer Research UK; Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships at Breast Cancer Care and most recently Partnerships Manager at BBC Children in Need. She has a BA in English and International Relations from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
