Spirit of Britain Charity Ball 2010
Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 10:07AM The Spirit of Britain Charity ball was a night of Glamour, excitement and selfless giving.
350 guests turned out in all their 1940’s finest for VPF’s Gala dinner on the 16th November 2010. Our message on the night was generosity of spirit and our guests certainly took that to heart and helped us raise over a record breaking £250K!
We were generously supported from our Sponsors- Odey Asset Management, Barclays Capital and SVG Capital as well as all of the organisations who bought tables and contributed to this grand total.
It was wonderful to be in the company of so many likeminded people who believe that it is worth making an effort to try and create a fairer world.

I was always admired by each and every charity event because being a kind person is the main purpose of everyone! I wrote a lot of opinion essays after I have read "The Gift of the Magi" by O. Henry. This story is brilliant as for me! Everyone should find kindness in their hearts!
