Our evening was a great success with 61 guests in attendance.&nbsp; Inspirational leaders AfriKids CEO Georgie Fienberg, and PEAS CEO John Rendel headed our discussion on how charities are developing sustainable operations in Africa and what role VPF are playing in supporting this pursuit. Engaging and informative this panel discussion provided great stimulus for the following reception giving our members and friends the opportunity to meet many more of the inspirational social entrepreneurs that VPF support. It was great to <span>catch-up with so many friends of the VPF family, both old and new. Thank you all for your support. </span></span></em></p>

<p><em>350 guests turned out in all their 1940&rsquo;s finest for VPF&rsquo;s Gala dinner on the 16<sup>th</sup> November 2010. Our message on the night was generosity of spirit and our guests certainly took that to heart and helped us raise over a record breaking &pound;250K!</em></p>
<p><em>We were generously supported from our Sponsors- Odey Asset Management, Barclays Capital and SVG Capital as well as all of the organisations who bought tables and contributed to this grand total.</em></p>
