VPF is a membership organization backed by a Board, a Social Advisory Committee and an Executive Team.

Board:

Board members are global leaders from venture capital, private equity, management consultancy, industry and the social sector. The Board members act as the investment committee taking the final decisions on the organisations we back. Board members also serve as dedicated Contact Points working alongside our portfolio CEO's to support growth and mutually agreed partnership objectives. This committed long-term support leverages funds invested in the charities.

Members:

Members give time, money or both to VPF and the organisations we support. 

VPF members pay running costs, donate time and participate in VPF decision making.

Members also provide pro bono support to the charities in the VPF portfolio.
